21 Day Meditation Challenge

Meditation is an integral part of yoga. Most people love moving, breathing...but they really love meditating...This is a moving meditation and still meditation 21 day challenge/journey. It consists of some in person meets, some online and some challenges that you do by yourself. It is like 21 meditations, each day, focusing....or rather NOT focusing....on a different element of the unpacking of "meditation". Everyone meditates...we will demystify, while we share herbal tea (Lisa brings), oils, and other goodies to relax. You will receive a workbook that you can print out, and as much interaction or as little as you choose.
